Woodmen Hills basement shower redux
My neighbor was having some issues with his recently finish basement shower. The shower drain would back-up or drain slowly. And there was always a musty smell, which doesn't indicate anything wrong, but could be a pre-cursor to problems down the road. After some inspection, I found some mold and we immediately had remediation done. The source of all these symptoms was an improperly installed weep hole drain and shower liner.
