Rancher remodel in Contrails

Steve and Glenda just might be the nicest people on the planet, and not just to me! They bought this house for Glenda's parents as a retirement house. The project was a big one that included a small addition to extend the master closet and to move the laundry center upstairs. They updated the kitchen, master and hall bath with new tile, cabinets, counter-tops and fixtures.  Finally, everything was bright and beautiful with new coat of paint inside and out. It was finished up with hardwood flooring and new base trim throughout the main level. Last, but not least, a fully insulated and sheet-rocked garage with a new insulated steel garage door.
