The pictures below are from a basement we finished with a spanish flare. Talavera tile c-tops and sinks over custom-made cabinets on saltillo tile in the bar and bath. All 826 sq.ft. were hand trowel textured. Swapped out the sliding glass door for double-hung french doors with saltillo tile entry. The bath also has a tiled shower with glass door. Bedroom has walk-in closet with extra shelves. Custom lighting, prewired 5.1 sound, and built-in media shelves are just part of the ambience in the large and open rec room.
